2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days (metro & major cities)
• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)
• Same Day Delivery: Available in select locations for orders placed before 12 PM

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
• Orders below ₹500 incur a standard shipping fee (displayed at checkout).
• Express and same-day delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location.
